I'm Brandon Tai - a computational mathematician, researcher, and musician working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and human connection. I've done research in medical imaging, robotics, and prosthetic devices at Stanford and UCLA, driven throughout by a focus on accessibility and real-world impact.

Music has run parallel to all of it: rooted in 13 years of classical guitar, I've organized collectives, performed solo shows, produced with student artists, and now am a part of TIAT (The Intersection of Art and Technology), where I teach livecoding workshops and host creative technology events.

I'm drawn to interfaces that open up more intuitive, expressive relationships with sound than traditional tools allow; that idea shapes everything I want to build: systems that unlock human creativity in new ways, bring people together in physical spaces, and honor music as something deep and inseparable from what it means to be human.

I'm currently open to full-time opportunities in technology, creative systems, and human-centered design.
